We could not give you an appropriate advice with this info. You should wait and discuss with the doctor who ordered the scan or the radiologist who read the scan. As doctors, if there is something suspicious we always do follow up test(s) if needed to clarify. If you had CT scan, next step could be MRI or if you had MRI, next step could be MRA, EEG, etc. It is our job, you should not concern much.
