Blood clot in leg : You can confirm blood clot with a simple ultrasound test . Have your doctor examine you and if needed he will recommend an ultrasound test for confirmation if blood clots in legs . Usual symptoms of blood clots are leg swelling and pain over calf with tenderness . A good clinical exam and ultrasound test will help confirm.

Probably not but..: You need to see a doctor to rule out a dvt. However it is rare in a 35 yo male.
