A member asked:

Ive noticed my feet get super warm near bedtime every day. its not a case throughout the day, only at night around 9 pm, all of a sudden. any medical explanation as to why? maybe it is linked to increased melatonin levels in the body at a bedtime?

A possible explanation is that in recumbent position the venous return from the dependent parts improves thus enhancing circulation of blood that may result in a feeling of warmth. It is not abnormal. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
