What you described is unlikely to be due to Covid. Rosacea could be an explanation and it may be useful to consult a dermatologist. Wish you good health!

vasodilation or relaxing of your venous system can occur from temp change. It is possible to have this with Covid. Get a screening test done. Good Luck
