Likely neither: Definition of a concussion: a traumatic head injury associated with loss of consciousness, loss of memory, or a combination of both. If you do not fit this, you did not have a concussion, or acute brain injury.

Maybe not: Alteration in thinking/visual disturbance/balance problems/discomfort in the spine of your neck/generalized headache & heart rhythm abnormalities within the period of the event are all factors used to label a concussion. Without basic symptoms of a concussion you would not have a brain damage label. A mild concussion might be possible but the description does not support the label.
