Kindly asking if hormone therapy injections alone given intermittently after prostectomy can kill any remaining ca cells because im confused as some schools said it can kill them and others said that it only put them in sleep mode and don't kill ?

What you are undergoing is the usual and accepted method of treatment in some situations of CA of prostate. The hormones help destroy the cancer cells. There is no such thing as putting them to sleep. Pl do not listen to well meaning people who can create confusion. Always ask your treating MD. Good luck.
