Due to some family related issues between my wife and my mother. my wife was suffering from severe mental stress. she was crying all the time. i consoled her and also gave her 10mg citalopram for 3 days, she feel ok now. can she stop taking it now?

Some guarding in stopping medications like citalopram can be very dangerous and uncomfortable for the patient. Highly recommend that this person see their doctor right away for a complete evaluation and consideration regarding medication use and the management plan going forward.
