My son 7y is thin and has enlarged 2 cm lymh node neck when uphead since he was baby. blood test every year ok ent says not to worry but it doesn't go away. shoukd i worry?

No. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or he develop fever, or loses weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you and your son good health!
