Trouble swallowing. ent did a physical exam of my thyroid, blood tests and a barium swallow and says it's anxiety. should i get an ultrasound too?

Depends: The barium swallow would show any obstruction of your esophagus. The reason to be get an us would only to be to further evaluate the thyroid. If the barium swallow and the pe were normal, its unlikely that the thyroid is big enough to cause problems swallowing. Also consider if you have acid reflux which can cause the sensation of difficulty swallowing.
