Never alcohol again. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.

After a dental implant, oral hygiene is very important to keep area getting an infection and to promote healing. Alcohol in moderation is always recommended as well as anything that can affect our health. If you want to have a drink than wait till area heals over.

Your Dentist, Periodontist, Prosthodontist, or Oral Surgeon that performed your surgery is responsible for your post-surgical care. Call your practitioner for advice. Alcohol is astringent, drying tissues, interfering with healing (and incidentally killing brain cells), so wait until at least 2 weeks has elapsed.
