Not enough info: Use http://www.mdcalc.com/cha2ds2-vasc-score-for-atrial-fibrillation-stroke-risk/ to calculate your risk of stroke. Then use http://www.mdcalc.com/has-bled-score-for-major-bleeding-risk/ to calculate risk of bleeding. Discuss risk w/your GP. If CHA2DS2-VASc is greater than HAS-BLED score, then take stronger anticoagulant eg Warfarin or NOAC. If reverse, then aspirin. But be sure to discuss w/GP
