You probably mean the inguinal area (groin). (Pelvic nodes are inside the abdomen.) If quite large, like an inch or more in diameter, see a doctor. If smaller and remains nontender, maybe get it checked out if it persists a week or more. An STD may be possible, or a minor infection on the leg or foot. Cat scratch disease, if you own or exposed to a cat. Get checked ASAP if at risk for STD.
