Pelvic lymph nodes: "Swollen, sore pelvic lymph nodes" are not caused by ovarian cysts, but may be caused by viral or bacterial pelvic infections. Sexually transmitted illnesses such as Herpes I or II, gonorrhea, etc. may cause same, so see your gyn physician for an exam and testing.
