You have leukocytosis with high absolute count of eosinophils (eosinophilia). If you think you are at risk for a parasite infestation due to recent travel or exposure, tests should be done. Otherwise, you should have blood rechecked in one month or later and if eosinophilia persists and you are still asymtomatic by then, you have a condition called hypereosinophila of undetermined significance.
