It is a common vascular lesion in your brain. If you have neurological symptom which is caused by this small CVM, it may need to be fixed. If not, this lesion can be monitored. By Cedars Sinai web: "if the malformation isn't causing symptoms and doesn't appear to be growing rapidly, all that may be needed to regular monitoring. This is done by having MRI scans or CT scans every couple of years."

The result is positive for a vascular abnormality that may create local symptoms. Clinical correlation is always needed, specifically in the context of having current symptoms and the doctor who ordered the test would be best to further clarify above findings.
