40-80 mg daily telmisartan are doses commonly used and while she might not experience significant symptoms from accidentally doubling on it, going forward efforts should be made to prevent such events from happening, use of a pillbox among others may help in that respect.

Monitor her Blood Pressure, every half hour or so. If BP falls much, into Hypotension, give her a pinch of salt with glass of water and keep her from standing up or changing positions too quickly to avoid falls. If dizziness or weakness become problematic take her to ER or Urgent care. Otherwise 24hr home monitoring should be adequate. Help her arrange her medications on labelled Daily Pill Box
