That detail about collecting the specimen doesn't matter much. However, the oral fluids test misses up to 5% of HIV infections, no matter now long after exposure. It is very unlikely you have HIV, but for conclusive results, have a blood test.

To settle the matter, get a blood test for HIV nucleic acid. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
