It would be best to consult your obs team of prenatal clinicians who can evaluate you (speculum exam, cervical screenings, transvaginal sonogram...) and can answer your concerns.

Obtain a quantitative HCG serum test and see your OB physician for an exam and possible ultrasound. Bleeding as described can also occur with inadequate progesterone production, so your OB physician may add progesterone to support the pregnancy, if the HCG test and ultrasound shows a viable pregnancy.
