Only time will tell: Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone can do at this early state. You could get an obstetrical ultrasound to look for a viable embryo. Serial measurements of the pregnancy hormone HCG may also be useful to confirm pregnancy status.

Not necessarily: These pregnancy symptoms can come and go throughout the early pregnancy, so it does not necessarily mean you will miscarry. This early on there are no real things you can do to prevent pregnancy loss, so just have patience and see your OB next week.
