No: Uti symptoms (bladder infection): frequency, urgency of urination, painful urination, bladder discomfort. Kidney infection (upper uti): flank pain, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting. Neither cause breast symptoms, food cravings. If associated with menstrual changes or pregnancy can get those too.
