Ive been on nystatin liquid for oral thrush for 6 days now and i still see white spots and feel weird. how long do you guys think itll start to work? the bottle says 10 days but im worried it might not work?

Why do you get oral thrush? What are the risk factors? After 6 days of Nystatin without improvement, the diagnosis may be incorrect. If it is the right diagnosis, you need a new medication such as clotrimazole troches or miconazole buccal tablets or oral fluconazole.
