Start over: This is something that often takes some works to get rid of. The med works on direct contact, so after the kid swallows the drops, the effect on the germ is gone. You can scrape out any visible white buildup with Q-tips or a gauze wrapped around your finger. Then place the liquid in a spoon and use a Q-tip to paint the membranes where the thrush lives. This should help.
