No. Pain medications containing opioids cause constipation. Ask your MD to try to give you an alternative. Hope you feel better

There are no known drug-drug interactions between Xarelto and Miralax and/or Colace. Laxatives are unfortunately needed to combat opiate induced constipation, the most common side effect of opiates.
