Hi, i've got the feeling something is under my arm's skin but when i press it, it just seems a soft part but hurts (not too much). it's been 2 days now and there isn't any sign on my skin. is it something serious?

Do not feel it for 4-5 days then you will be able to tell whether it has changed. It does not sound serious.
