A rash is not a side effect of COVID but it needs to be looked into. A DERMATOLOGIST -skin doctor should examine your boyfriend. The rash is most likely from the TYLENOL and too much can cause liver damage.

There are many possible causes of a rash on the arms. Neither COVID nor acetaminophen are common causes of such rashes. See a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
