hands have been swollen for hours w/the presence of a light speckled rash on hands/arms. i've had a lot of lemon water & acetaminophen in 24hrs ?

Allergic reaction: I suggest OTC Benadryl for the reaction and 1% hydrocortisone cream for the rash. Additionally, I recommend allergy testing.
