A member asked:

Very good morning doctors! i am scheduled for a colonoscopy, and need a pcr covid test. i have a history of nosebleeds, at times concerning nosebleeds. is there a way to ""adjust"" the swab stick to avoid this possibility? is there an alternate test?

Ask for mouth swab: Many places are using now a saliva test, not sure if available at all testing centers. Definitely a better option given your history of nosebleeds.
