A member asked:

Aberrant right subclavian artery not objectivating outflow of ipsilateral verterbal artery of said branch or of the aortic staff" on my catheter angiogram report. what does this mean? thank you?

Translation= The subclavian artery takes an unusual path but that path does not cause a problem. It is not the normal path but it is not a problem.

I have difficulty interpreting the convoluted wording in this report, but can tell you that the reader is trying to say he did not find anything clearly abnormal other than an anatomic abnormality without functional significance. Remember that you are entitled to a clearly stated summary of the findings to put your mind at ease or explain things better. Please contact the physicians involved.

If transcribed accurately, this is an extremely poorly worded report and should be revised to make it more understandable. I too think it implies normal findings. Talk to the radiologist and clarify all of this. You are entitled to communication.
