All imaging and laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what you described suggests osteoarthritis. Wish you good health!

Let me add to my previous response. Very young age the chances are you have hyper mobility of your joints that’s allowing the deformity to develop. There is no way to prove it but orthotics might be able to prevent further deformity from developing. orthotics need to be custom orthotics and made by podiatrist knowledgeable in biomechanics. Also the possibility of hereditary of the deformity
