Long term steroids can affect gums, and also deplete bone which supports tooth insertions, making them loose. See a periodontist for possible corrective treatment.

Long term steroid use can adversely affect the bone & gums that support the teeth, but not the teeth themselves. Sounds like you are very overdue for dental care. A few computer clicks can't solve your problem. You need to see a competent General Dentist and a specialist Periodontist as soon as possible.
