Why is it ok to take an inhaled sterile like advair everyday, but not a low dosage of prednisone everyday? both are steroids, yet i presume that the advair is a very low dosage.

Side effects: Inhaled steroids have less absorption then oral and hence less chances of side effects like diabetes , osteopenia etc.
