My 4 year old boy sick for last week. was on prednisone, topraz, nebulise with pulmicort or duolin, foxair inhaler, allecet. he now gets cough fits that sound like in a tin and throws up a lot of clear mucus. runny nose is clear mucus.should i worry?

Hospital : Please see the Emergency room for evaluation. He may have pneumonia, pertussis or worsening asthma. He may need to be admitted. Use the Albuterol more frequently every y two hours until seen.
