While weight lifting can cause temporary increase in intraocular pressure and,thus, cause or aggravate glaucoma it shouldn't affect your retinas. Contact lenses are not a problem for weight lifting or soccer. Your ophthalmologist can validate this information for you.

In general, people who are near-sighted (myopic) have thinned retinas that are more prone to tearing and detaching. Weightlifting and contact lens wear are unlikely to be an issue. However, there could be a risk from trauma in playing soccer (especially heading the ball). But there are risks in most things in life and if playing soccer is important to you, it may be worth the risk. Good luck!
