Your : Your myopia can be corrected, but you will continue to have the same eye color. Only standard contact lenses, worn on the eye surface, can potentially change your eye color.

Colored Contact lens: There are colored contact lenses that have a power in them to correct the vision. These typically cost more and are not as comfortable as regular contact lenses. There is no implantable device to permanently change your eye color.
