What happens if you exhale out of your ears after taking flonase(using the applicator)? it says to exhale out of your mouth, which i always try and do, but sometimes it feels like it actually comes out of the ears. are there any issues with that?

The technique to apply the nasal steroid may be reviewed. Point the nozzle away from the septum and breathe normally.Naaal saline rinses used prior to the spray often improve the use. Have a COVID 19 and Flu vaccine. Please follow up with your physician.
