A doctor can evaluate to see if antibiotics are needed. Sometimes, shingles can happen on the head and cause these symptoms (antiviral medicine is the treatment). Occasionally, migraine headaches can cause similar symptoms to these.

Is it safe to take pseudoephedrine daily long term? My antidepressant Wellbutrin is causing sinus issues and terrible post nasal drip & ear congestion. Pseudoephedrine is the only thing that works in tandem with Flonase & Allegra?
