I have pain in the area of the bladder and the pain is not everyday, there is a case that it will not be diagnosed in the examinations on a day that will not hurt me. that is, will the problem be in recession?

Chronic pain can come and go and it' s not always be elicited by physical exam and that's why besides history and exam (H&P) we often need tests (blood, urine, ultrasound, CT, etc.) for the diagnosis of chronic pain.

If the pain pattern persists pl see your MD or Urologist even on the day when you do not have pain. If there is something causing it will be discovered whether you have pain that day or not. In the meantime drink water. Good luck
