You have asked this question repeatedly in many different forms. What your "friend" is doing is physically harmful. He needs immediate mental health care. Repeating same question over & over only delays proper care. Putting off seeing a Psychiatrist can result in irreparable physical harm. This site cannot diagnose or treat.
