Norovirus is usually associated with diarrhea. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. It may be a colic from gall bladder or ureter or partial obstruction of intestine. Two days is long enough to put up with it, please see a doctor or go to an ER, Wish you good health!
