Yellow stool : Are you having any discomfort? Any diarrhea ? tested for Giardia? Any other bowel changes? Was there sludge in gallbladder , if not stones on ultrasound, (ask specifically) ? May be diet changes , it does take a while for bowel to reconstitute after gastroenteritis. . Consider adding probiotic like Florastor . f/u/ w /GI
