Four days post cataract surgery in one eye. any advice for managing the nausea that is coming from getting used to very different vision? other eye doesnt have cataract but poor vision that requires strong eyeglass prescription, i feel unbalanced?

Ocular imbalance may take time to stabilize. You could patch one eye, which might help temporarily. The prior eyeglasses are unlikely to be useful for the future. Contact your eye surgeon and discuss further.

I suspect that you are either very myopic (near-sightedness), or hyperopic (far-sightedness) in both eyes prior to your cataract surgery. Your surgeon probably corrected that during cataract surgery, and so now you have significant disparity between your two eyes, and hence symptom of nausea. Talk to your surgeon and see if you can have the other cataract removed as soon as possible.
