Skull: This may simply be a normal protuberance of the skull bone or an exostosis. A physician would have to examine you to be sure.

Maybe normal anatomy: Without better localization, or a picture, we can't comment with greater accuracy . However, what you describe may be a normal anatomic feature. If any doubt, ask your doctor to check it.
