I have bilateral lumps in my groin area. the are under the skin. the can't be poped or drained. the are about nickel sized. should i be worried?

Concerned yes: This can be one of three things: 1) lymph node if they are firm like lima bean, 2) hernia if the lumps are soft squishy andm reducible, or 3) infected sweat glands if tender and red as in hidraadenitis suppurrativa. Either way should be checked if you are concerned.

Get checked.: Possible swollen lymph nodes. Possible hernia or cyst. These lesions would likely need to be examined and more history obtained to be able to provide you with useful input about the diagnosis or possible treatment.
