In general, continuous aerobic activity for 20-30 min per day is ideal. I can not give specific advice regarding exercise without knowing more about the severity of the heart attack, and what residual deficits remain after your stroke.

After a heart attack, initial resumption of activity must be supervised for any symptoms of concern. If no symptoms, duration of activity should be increased gradually as long as it is supervised with careful observation for adverse symptoms. The term "massive heart attack" is not always clear with respect to exercise capacity. Resumption of activity after a stroke will dictated by the disability

Supervised and monitored Cardiac Rehab Exercise Programs are available at many hospitals and can be of great value. A "massive stroke" is a very different issue and is best evaluated by occupational and speech therapies.

A "massive stroke and heart attack" warrant supervised resumption of activity and exercise. Agree with the opinions expressed by other doctor. Wish you good health!
