It is not normal: Anemia if this magnitude is abnormal and should be investigated asp for her safety and safety of the unborn. Did she have anemia in the past? Any blood loss? Black stools..?Any family history? Please consult with mds...Needs investigation and appropriate treatment more than just iron tablets....
