Knee scope: The answer can be multifactorial. Ensure that you have no systemic illness, autoimmune disorder or side effect of medication that is causing knee pain. Have your hip and lower back evaluated. Have a new standing p/a x rays and MRI performed and seek a second and/or third opinion.
