Associated problems: Knee arthroscopy is great to address mechanical pathology such as a loose body or meniscus tear; however, associated problems like hyaline cartilage injuries, systemic arthritis, synovitis, or ligament i laxity might not have been fixed or addresses with either arthroscopy.

Knee scope: The answer can be multifactorial. Ensure that you have no systemic illness, autoimmune disorder or side effect of medication that is causing knee pain. Have your hip and lower back evaluated. Have a new standing p/a x rays and MRI performed and seek a second and/or third opinion.
