This requires exam and testing to sort out. You are likely colonized with staph and carry it in your nasal passages. Random touch brings contaminated fingers in contact with the sites where your glands/hair follicles or lymph nodes in that location are invaded and infected. Your doc or an infectious disease specialist can create a plan to break the cycle.

Follow up is needed for a diagnosis and having proper treatment going forward. Establishing with a primary care doc will help greatly as otherwise you will only have episodic treatment, expensive and time consuming. Hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic skin disease that appears likely in your case and that will have to be managed properly. Losing weight if overweight may help.
