Get checked at ER/UC: Assuming that you are referring to a sweat gland infection under your armpit area ( hidradenitis) you must be seen and treated ASAP, since this infection seems to have spread into your arm muscles. Call or go NOW!

ER: Please call 911 and go to ER immediately. You may have necrotizing fasciitis. Studies show bite wounds introduce bacteria to deeper structures and can cause necrotizing fasciitis and gas gangrene etc. You may need immediate tetanus vaccination, 1 million units Penicillin IV, Vancomycin or linezolid IV and surgical exploration and washout. If animal bite rabies tx also needed. Stay calm& lvl 1 ER
