Pain & pressure in right eye ball, pain in cheek to the right side of nose under eye, and pressure pain inside right ear. like a hook is connecting them all. no ear infection on examination. possible causes?

This may be pressure on a nerve, please see your Doctor for arranging the proper imaging and specialist evaluation.

Pl see a neurologist to check specially for a variation of Trigeminal neuralgia or other neuro. reason.

Multiple possible causes, such as sinusitis, TMJ dysfunction, dental issues. Some rare neuralgias such as vivian neuralgia, could be considered. Perhaps a multidisciplinary approach will yield answers.
