Infection: Are you under dental care and on antibiotics for your infection? It's likely that all your symptoms are related to a dental abscess. Discuss this with your dentist or oral surgeon who will refer you to your physician if it is deemed advisable.

Pain: May all be due to your infection, but more probably there are multiple causes. First, get the infection treated. If you don't feel completely better after the dental treatment, seek additionional investigation at your General Physician.
